Within the guide, you’ll find techniques and tips on how parents can enhance the social-emotional education of children, as well as promote and safeguard their mental health and emotional well-being at home.

Through a following didactic toolbox including dynamics, games, strategies and methodological resources which will be put into practice by the teachers with students, students will learn and improve their resilience and coping skills. It also contributes to the students receiving an integral education (cognitive + emotional competencies).
These activities will contribute to providing a balanced, high-quality education that addresses both academic learning and social and emotional well-being, along with the provision of safe spaces and a positive climate.
